  Just because God didn't give you a personal invitation for whatever it is you're looking for, you think He doesn't exist? Did you want to be spoon fed too?

  I've never personally met my great, great, great grandfather from the south of France. Does that mean he didn't exist? I've seen historical documents about him, but never met him.....wonder if he ever existed?

  I'm new here..... Studying with the Witnesses

  hi- i just wanted to say that i have been checking the website out for a few weeks and have read some horror stories and some sad ones.

  but i have been studying with witnessess for about six months and can't help but feel that they're completely sincere and maybe even, the true religion.

  i love the watchtower and awake and to me, none of that seems crazy.

  P.S.- We didn't get disfellowshiped for 607 or anything else they tried to pin on us. We were disfellowshiped for.....wait for it....CHRISTMAS!

  How well do you sleep?

  for years i've been pretty good at getting a good night's sleep.

  a couple of pages of my book and i'm away til morning, apart from the odd bladder brigade journey.

  however, suddenly, after our house move, i am having just an awful time of it.

  I miss my dad and I can't stop crying about it

  so recently, i've had this urge to write to my father.

  i couldn't quite pinpoint why i would try when i know he wouldn't read it and we aren't even that close.. over the years, before i left, my father and i could not relate to each other and we quit trying.

  he was always so busy writting and preparing for talks.

  okay, i got back on the 'net partly so i could be back in touch with you folks, b/c i've been so isolated for the past while ,,, so here goes!.

  i just got the news monday, and damn!!

  my foot is a mess,,, bursitis .. yech, painful, and the doctors have been ignoring me/telling me i'm making it up for 18 mos.
